Victorian statistics shown a slight increase of burglar activities in our suburb, however the number of incidents related to house burglaries is in a tendency to decrease.

Living in a complex and nearby areas of public interaction with enough illumination and local authorities’ presence is definitely what help us at 1 Colombo to be safe and crime free.

No matter that, it is our responsibility to keep our complex SAFE and for that we all have to be on the same page and be alert to denounce and act promptly if required.

TIPS for SECUTIRY in our building:

  • Do not allow access with your keys/Fob to any stranger

  • Make sure the doors are closed and report immediately any faults

  • Be aware of what is normal or not within the community

  • Think always safety first and do not approach to any conflict but report to local authority

  • Carpark gates are designed only for automobiles access

  • learn how to use the intercom system to allow visitors in the property

And remember, if you see something ... say something!
