EMERGENCY PLAN As you all know, every month we have tested our fire alarm system to ensure the facilities are well protected in case of a real emergency. While is not required to take any action during the test that last a couple of minutes only, it is a vital exercise to take some time to identify the nearest emergency stairs or exit also review your personal home plan of an emergency. Sometimes we take it for granted and it is always in a real emergency where we find out ourselves in the situation of not knowing what to do. Be prepared is always safe to think beforehand.
VISITORS Due to the limited visitor’s car park spaces, it is advisable to use only for short periods of time those spots. If you have more than one vehicle you need to consider that your apartment will only provide you with one permanent spot so other vehicles need to be parked outside. For those affected by other vehicles left abandoned in your parking spot, please take a picture showing the vehicle plates and the car park number and send it to us immediately, in most cases is simple a confusion and other times we can always make them move the car by contacting local authorities.
COMMON PROPERTY During holiday season, there has been an increase in people using the corridors for storage of rubbish and other personal items such as shoes or plant pots and mats. Please consider that is a common property area and must be free of obstacles at all times. Having personal items in those areas is considered a breach of building rules.
