At Colombo apartments, all appliances available at the units are under a warranty of 2 years from the date the builder purchased them.

If you are experiencing any difficulties, please check up the manuals provided by the real estate or the owner of the property; many times it's a matter of a simple maintenance or replacement that you may be able to do. If you suspect of a serious issue that requires further professional help, please report to the Owner or Real Estate agency to handle it.

INFORMATION FOR OWNERS In the event of a repairs need with any of your appliances, please call EURO and state Invoice Number 81177 on the name of Lu Simon builders for the Mitcham Village Apartments.

Euro will use Woolley appliances service to repair any defects and to service equipment
